These are renders from Carrara7.  I pushed my computer for all I could to get these to render.  I found that by turning on the 3gb switch for XP and also using LAATIDO on Carrara7 gave me almost 500 mb more ram to play with.  Doing one (either using the 3gb switch in windows or LaaTIDO on C7) did not do the trick, but doing both did give me extra ram to play with (which I exhausted down to 1% before the renders completed).
