I modeled Darth Maul's Lightsaber in Hexagon and am now working on a render using it. I'm new to Carrara and the lighting needs work, I know. The only M4 clothes I have are from the Pro bundle, so nothing fitting for a Sith Lord. I also need to add some horns. He can't be a proper Zabrak without them At this point I'm not sure if I will try to model them or scale and position ones from the V4 horn pack.

Clothing is not made in Poser (at the most in Poser "plugins"!). Much Poser clothing in the past has been created in older versions of Carrara even!
So, it is possible to make horns and clothing in the Carrara Vertex Room--if you are prepared to put in the work.
All that Poser/Daz stuff is just "short cuts" supply--and mostly of real work done in Carrara type apps in the first place.
