I've just been playing with one of the texures that will come with the Elite textures for V4. They include Carrara shaders. If anyone here is interested, I've posted some renders in this thread.

These were really quick renders with some spotlights and no GI (and a bit of a newbie -- me -- putting it all together).
If you'd like to know anything else about it, I'll answer what I can.

Oh wait, you mean the Carrara shaders.

Or it could be my renders :) . I was personally hoping they were going to include a light set, and they even hinted at including a scene, but no go.
I never felt that Daz was dicking me around, perhaps putting alot of hoopla around a product to create a feeding frenzy, but that's just marketing. Don't take it personally, read into it.

LOL. Looks like they are releasing her now, not cheep and all the hoopla but says the shaders are for thier latest and greatest DS version. I don't use DS.
Gee, I wonder why I rarely support/buy anything Daz anymore. LOL.

All of the characters in the bundle include Carrara shaders. Might just have to pick this up...

My mistake. I did some digging and found that they have shaders for Carrara, DS and Poser included. Daz was just not answering any poser questions. So I bought the package and will try it out in Poser7, Carrara6Pro, Vue6I and Modo. See if they are as good as they say.

Someone have tried the v4elite Carrara shaders?
Using Carrara6Pro ,i load V4,2 ,pose it in Carrara
open browser for skin shaders ,find it ,click or try to use the Amy one ....and nothing happens the shaders seems not apply to the figure
Some idea about it ?
