I recently purchased Carreras 6 and Transposer.  I had no problems installing Carrera but when I went to install transposer I keep getting this message" Carrera 6 render node is not seem to be properly installed on this computer...... please reinstall Carreras 6 render node before running this installer". Now I have the dreaded Windows Vista operating system.  And I know it has issues.......... boy does it have issues.  And hopefully there is a solution for this to work.  Any help would be wonderful.......

It sounds like you have the Carrara render node and the Carrara application installed on the same computer. This is probably not a good idea. ;)

Have you been able to launch the Carrara app ok, or are you simply at the  install stage?

I guess I didn't specifically ask if you've actually got the render node installed on the same machine as the Carrara application.

If you have the Render Node installed on the same computer, uninstall it and then try the Transposer installation again. The Node is only for a second machine that you want to include at render time.

Okay, I'll try that
