Hi Everyone,

OK, I've searched the Carrara forums and I couldn't find anything so I apologose in advance if there is something on this subject  (I couldn't find it).
Can anyone point me in the direction of  a good tutorial on setting up a anything glows object.
My understanding is that you can make any object in Carrara behave as a light source.
Please help me as I'm beginning to get rather frustrated :)
