I am new to carrara but reeeeeeeealy like its features. I tried importing some SIMPLE P7 scenes (four figures) into C6 to test how it works. I did this by file>open and selected a saved P7 static scene.
One scene opened flawlessly. Another scene choked C6 totally.
I want to trouble shoot this, but the shortage of C6 info slows me down.
What are important factors I should look for to determine the cause of "non-openability" of a P7 scene in C6?

c6pro doesn't have a "deep search" function for texmaps. see if the bad pz3 file has
got any texture paths that are incomplete.

Not only this there are some problems with importing Lights too... but if you can pose and everything in C6 why do this in Poser and import to C6?
I do this way: pose it in Poser or Daz Studio, save the pose preset (not the Poser file) and load everything in C6.

Thanks. With these points I was able to load up several scenes with no more problems.
