In updates you can download transposer 2 for c6 pro free but must have your c5 pro serial no when install, you have to open file with zip or winrar.
Some people uninstall 5 first as the update hits the 5 transposer first, install 6 then transposer then put 5 on, or just rename your 5 pro folder so transposer don't see it, as some people have done that.
I have not installed my transposer yet.

Funny thing is transposer wont bring hiro 3 over and have noticed in vue, bit of a buggery when you have nice scene set up, but have had no other probs bringing in.
Before install i added xxx3 in fron of 5 pro folder, but nice to use the faster render engine.

So, if I never had C5 pro (hence, no C5 serial number) but bought C6 pro first, could I still get the Transposer plug-in?  And do I need it?  C6 seems to import Poser scenes pretty well so far all by itself.

skip transposer2 for now. I have it and it doesn't work with P7. perhaps they'll patch it up, but if the P7 SDK still costs $$,$$$, it may be a long wait. however, I have a feeling there'll be a big price drop soon, due to the beta progress of poser 8, if any.

I still have P6 and plan to keep it.  (No need to get P7..at least not at this time.)
The Daz site says its a C6 plugin and when I try to install it, it asks for my C5 serial number (it wont accept my C6 serial number.)

yeah, ya gotta use yer c5pro serial. I reckon they'll patch it up to accept the c6 serial, but ISTR their c6pro serial database is not fully functional yet.

I dont think e-frontier are ever going to allow Daz to have the SDK for Poser7. Stick with P5 or 6--all you should ever need anyway.
