Subject: What about an old fashioned user project

So, I've been reminiscing about my favorite video games and remembered Wing Commander Privateer (My most favorite game of all time ever).

One of the ships in this game was the Centurion. I will working on some of the artwork that was in that game but I needed the ship for sure.

This model is 100% spline modeled in C (C5 that is).

Here is the first days work.

Indeed! Great modeling and great to see your name in the forum!

Did you spline model everything as a personal challenge, or do you dislike the vertex modeler? It looks like some of those shapes would be easier to fashion in the Vertex modeler, though you've done a great job withe the splines....
