Many thanks to someone answering to my query at Daz forum
It was because i have installed render node after the app
Seems ok now after reinstallation and render node remove

I didn't install the render node. If I understand this correctly, one must install the render node prior to installing the application, at least in XP/vista.

Hrmmm... I didn't have any issues installing the render node first on either of my machines.

It was because i don't have network
I don't need render node
I didn't know what render node was thinking it was relied to rendering (i am not an english
spoken person)
