Can anyone give me any user feedback on the Ground Control plug in? Thanks.

If you do, or want to do, terrains from the real world then Ground Control is a must have. It imports any of the data sets from the USGS web sites. Some of the USGS data sets are divided up in parts and GC reassmbles the files within Carrara. I don't use it too often, but when I need it, there is no substitute. :)

I agree. A brilliant plugin,

I used it on a trail basis when I needed a quick way to turn topo maps into 3D. I would have purchased it if the project had been funded. Absolutely no problems with it except minor user unfamiliarity, and that was cleared up quickly with an email.
