Under help when I click on transposer nothing happens.
Also when I try to import it (carrara) asks where the poser.exe is and I show it and then it says unknown error has occurred..and closes..and when I try to render a poser scene in carrara it says the same thing.
Please advise.

Have you got the Carrara5 PRO version?

Very odd. Try a reinstall to see if that fixes.

Registry errors can cause Poser not to be found or remembered. Update both Poser and Carrara with the latest patches.

If you are using Poser 7 you will need to point to Poser.exe from an earlier version. It will not work with Poser 7 (yet anyway).

I don't think that here is any prospect of future compatibility between Transposer and Poser 7, so, if it is Poser 7 involved here, that is the reason.
I do find the dreaded "unknown error" a bit annoying in Carrara. I don't think I have ever yet seen a "known" one. Once the unknown errors start, I think you have to kill Carrara and start again.
