I am not ready to play with creating new UVs for the dinotrout yet but I am modeling other species. Here is a sabertooth trout. I've got several species on the drawing board, but these are the first I've modeled. It needs a new texture. Egyptians in the time of King Tut used to fish for these vicious trout with live mice!
