Subject: Using a referance image in Carrara 5 pro

Need Help how to load a jpeg or tagga file into the viewport for traceing the outline. Then wish to use the lathe tool , is this possible with carrara 5pro paid several hundred dollars for this 3d software, and no user manual was included in the box version.

Nickcast, the Help is virtually identical to the printed manual. (if not identical) If you search the Daz site I think you can still buy the printrd manual for ?$39. If you are like me and like to have a finger on the explanitary line as you work it's great value.
