I'm looking for bathroom items such as basins, toilets, shower stalls and tubs. I'm trying to do this with free items to start. If I can't find what I'm looking for freebie wise I may get that P.I.C.K. deal in order to get what I need. But any help in finding freebies is appreciated!!

Have a look at the free stuff section and do a search. There's quite a bit of stuff there.

Poserworld has a nice, modern bathroom.
And here at the RMP, there's Robotmonster's Filthy motel bathroom. And ratracer has a bathroom included in his hotel set as well.
Thom165 (not certain about the number part offhand) had a nice bathroom product freebie pack available either through the Freestuff here or over at the DAZ forums.
