I am getting my feet wet to learn 3d and I have bought all the 3d programs out there (more or less, like an addiction for better or for worse).

I have heard some ins and outs on Carrara, and since it's going on sale upon joining the Platinum Club, is a good for rendering Poser scenes?

I am thinking long and hard of getting Carrara Standard before the sale ends shortly.  I am a Poser user hence my gallery, and I have other programs be it Bryce 6, Hexagon, Silo and Vue to name a few.

I think I heard that it has a faster rendering than, I guess Poser.  Would it be worth the money to get?

Thanks,

JB
