Yes, I got swept along by the low-end Carrara deals at DAZ3D. 

Bought the specials and what do you know ?  It takes a very very very very long time to download the main app.  My notebook is valiantly struggling to get the download over my cable modem connection, while the DAZ3D server is obstinately refusing to give it up any faster that 4-5k bps.

I'm using my old beat-up PC to post this.
