seems you have wasted code in the forum scripts.
why bother hiding any links from non javascript enabled browsers when the forum posting script doesn't work unless javascript is enabled?

either remove the hide links or fix the posting scripts to remove the javascript requirement.

[ Me don't enable javascript, it's a SEVERE security risk so no professional website developer would use it. ]
