Anyone had any luck with morphs to push those monsters down?

While some women do have that shape naturally, I'm thinking of using the Aiko19 morph in a 'super-hero' skintight, for which, well, they ought to go down a wee bit.

Anyone made a morph for it, or should I just go at it on my own and see what I can come up with?
