Subject: Kudos to Carrara Service

I am big old dumb Okie that just purchased C5 Pro about a week ago. I figured TransPoser2 looked pretty handy, so I bought it also. (are you done laughing yet?)
Well, I called them up and got voice mail which made me think "Here we go again". To my surprise, less than a minute after leaving the message, I got a return call and the unneeded purchase was refunded to my card.
I was so impressed that I immediately purchased Hexagon.
Way to go, Eovia.

That's great not too many companies are going to be that responsive. Kudos to Eovia! Glad it worked out for you too!

You are going to enjoy Hexagon! My first dealings with Eovia was when I bought Hex and every query that I've had has been been given a helpful reply within 24hrs. Good service like that should be the norm but all too rare - hats off to them!
