Subject: Problem with Plug-Ins

I've finally got a machine running and I've finally installed the new version. Things are fine until I attempt to add any plug-in. CrPro simply won't launch. I'm running Windows XP Media addition. It WON'T work with any plug in / extension added. -Kix

Kix,

Make sure you've the C5 versions of the plug-ins installed. You can get the updates from the various plug-in vendors. Also make sure that you copy over the DTA, MCX, and TXT files that are delivered in the updates to the Extensions folder. All three files are required for a C5 plug-in.

No need to think outside the box....
Just make it invisible.
