I'm in need of a way to texture architecture and random items - one being a fishing net. I see on Inagoni's site that Veloute can make grids - does anyone know if the patterns and grids could be added to Veloute? If I made a gray scale map, could I add it to Veloute's shaders???? Can I get feedback on how others are using Veloute? Thanks Robert

There are basic grids and complex grids. You can't add to them but you can adjust the ones there and even combine them. I think he's got a demo on his site - worth checking out

Should be one of the top in your list of Plugins to get.

By all means (only legal means -- of course) get it! When you add displacement to (as in Marks example) grids you get some very cool "real" 3D objects.
