I just copied this as a new message from another thread, maybe there are a few people who can use the info: Finally I sent a mail to the Eovia support with an alternate e-mail address and I had my download link in a few hours, sent by them manually. They say that the original automatic mailing failed for aol and hotmail addresses, so send them a mail with another address. It worked for me, I already downloaded the stuff :)

AOL and hotmail are notorious for mail problems...so not surprised. More places ban those addresses because they manage their systems so badly.

No need to think outside the box....
    Just make it invisible.
