I just placed an order all comfirmed and all that good stuff...Got the email back but with no links to downloads, is this normal? Sorry for being so stupid, just new to this & not sure what to expect :) TIA

Check your junk mail for any bought serial numbers. You need them to turn off trial mode on the plugins you downloaded from the site.

HUH? I have serials included in the emails...just no download links. I have no trials..guess I need to download the trials...... Off to try that :) I have sent an E-mail back asking for help.

I make a folder called DCG in my Carrara Extensions folder and copy the three needed files (only two if not using C5) from each plugin into it. Carrara will ask you for their serial numbers the first time they get triggered.

Okie dokie, I'm back to the site & for the life of me cannot find the "demo" versions to download :( I must have really gone brain dead tonight. Thanks Shonner...could you point me in the right direction, I'm afraid I'm lost :( I feel like such a dolt :(

Hi,
You can get to the download links at the top of each of the product pages or on the Plug-ins page where they are all listed. It looks something like this, pick the version and platform you need.
The Plug-ins page will show a slightly reduced list of options, the product pages show versions back to Carrara 1 if available.

Actually, I meant to mention that...I think making the downloads more obvious via color or more directly would be a good idea...It should make it easier for people to realize there are demos right on the page.
No need to think outside the box....
