It is probably on my end. After all, I use AOL. I can't get into fairywoods, either. I think I am going to sign off and rebuild my adapter.

There has been a lot of lousy internet connections happening for the past few days especially- It's happening all over... BTW, what's the deal with their ZAP technology? It seems to be a rival to Viewpoint's highly expensive VET license...

Eric, thanks again, I got the download the last time around and it's pretty slick. (Although unfortunately it doesn't support .obj format directly, so I use .3ds to move stuff to and from Poser.) One question, does having this free version of Amapi 4.15 qualify for the upgrade price discount for Amapi 5? :-)

Petercat. I believe so but let me check with TGS and make sure. (Wouldn't want to give you any false information!) Eric

All, You are eligible for the v4.15 to 5 upgrade but you have to contact: Aaron Turley (aaron@tgs.com) (US and Asia) Yvan Lazareff (yvan@europe.tgs.com) (Europe) to get the prices. Eric

BTW- Version 6 of Amapi is supposed to be out in two weeks. It will also support the new ZAP export technology...

I'm not for sure what Amapi is for, but at only 10 megs I'm willing to check it out. Although it does seem popular as I am getting the "There are too many people accessing the Web site at this time." message. I just hope I can access it soon..shouldn't take no more than 1 minute to grab it and take it for a test run :-) OdD
