I have Poser 5, and are working on a realisitic texture. Have made purchases on character packs with realitsic textues and the greyscale bump maps w/ them.

I am wondering how can I make a greyscale bump map by using a paint program -- perhaps?? -- Just like the texture maps I have seen with other realistic character packs.

I was wondering how I can make either the lips and the eyebrows lighter in greyscale -- be it like say the V3/M3 texture maps, for example.

Is there a tutorial on how to do this. I'm quite stumped over that. I have posted the same issue here in Poser forum. I know how to do B/W image and have it done bump map, but I'm wondering if I need to work on the lips and other features that needs the inverted/lighted-over to get the bump effect.

Also, do they have a application for that?

I would like some feedback on this issue w/ bump maps.

Thank you,
