Subject: Could use a "Super Hero / Villain" genre for the galleries

See topic. It doesn't fit 'comic / cartoon' if it's not a comic strip or in a cartoonish style. It's a genre of its own, and it doesn't seem to have a solid place in the genre listings, leading to the presently not too common images in this field to get scattered. Giving it a category might serve to encourage the style, and at the least would make them stand together better. Thoughts? A better place for me to post this suggestion?

It might work, but it could become a nightmare for them if posted images were associated searchable-text trademarks like Superman, Batman, Catwoman, etc.

Hello Easter Bunnies...I too would like to see a Super Hero Genre in the Galleries....then it would be easier for Members to avoid Me and My Gallant Crew...or embrace Us ...as We are no threat to Earth. So, I thoroughly second the splendid suggestion by *arcady*...and...*salute*... You. The Image is all Photography by Me, Teddy is Mine and so is Smugoons. All Bananas have been Eaten. *salute*

THC? What have you been smoking, amigo? I suppose Captain THC's superpowers include befogging villains' minds with forgetfulness and thoughts of twinkies and hohos.

We've had super hero art on this site since day one. It's no more owned copyright than fantasy art. Nothing says it -has- to be of Superman anymore than Fantasy has to be of Frodo, or given this site - Xena without her clothes...
