since these sites require an account to contact them. anyone who has an account can tell them that the spam email ( phishing attempts ) that I can't report to them because I do not have account gets them reported to every blacklist server by 6 pm pacific today. ebay and paypal won't get to have email for a week.

Hmmm... let me think. If they still had email after 10,000 people tried this before you did, then why would it work for you? Not that I care about ebay, if the rumors are true that it's the main place on the internet for fraudulent transactions.

"..if the rumors are true that it's the main place on the internet for fraudulent transactions." That's very likely, but it's only like saying that the biggest store in town has the biggest problem with theft. Ebay/paypal very likely deal with more transactions than all their competitors combined. If you use the sort of common sense you'd use when buying anything privately from somebody you don't know, you should be OK.
