Hi everyone, Last September I bought MetaMesh from A-Kuro digital for Carrara 3 and now they're saying that Carrara 4 versions is available and Update was sent to C3 version customers for free and If not received please inform then: akurodigital@kawachi.zaq.ne.jp Well, I'm very frustrated after dozen Emails and not a single word from then. By any chance anyone out there had better luck or knows some better contact besides the Email on the site? Thanks in advance.

I was contacted quickly with my update. Perhaps its an issue with your email account or email software.

Hey there, I know that the fellow who makes those plugins posts to the Yahoo Carrara Group. I think I even saw him post a message there this past week. You might see if you can catch him there.I hope this helps.

claudiomil, You may want to check any SPAM filters you've got or if your ISP is filtering for SPAM. They may be filtering it incorrectly, but most usually have a white list of domains and addresses to always accept even if it looks like SPAM. I've noticed that this has become a pretty common problem when I try to respond to support requests or send the "thanks for buying" email. I got my update a long time ago. I even emailed him and got a reply a day or two later.
