The Carrara Quick Tour suggests saving a list of body joint constraints into the constraints browser. In my 70s. this just sends my mind awhirl! Can anyone help by providing a list of standard human joint body constraints which I can add into my browser ----Please!!!

No worries bwtr. Once you set up a constraint that works for your needs, you can click and "grab" the constraint into your browser pallet for use later. When you drag it over a window will pop up asking you to name the constraint and add any comments that would be helpful. So, after creating an elbow constraint, just drag it over to the browser and name it "Elbow". Mark

Hi bwtr, Maybe this will help a bit. (You may need to adjust the constraits to suit your needs but they will get you started) Rename this file (highlight and click F2) to BodyConstraints.zip. Then unzip the contents to a suitable location. Then in Carra open the Contraints Browser Tray, right click on it and choose 'Add Folder'. Navigate to the 'BodyContraints' folder and click OK. Cheers, Mark
