I'm trying to install my Vue 5 upgrade and can't seem to track down my Vue 4 manual or reg card (which I suspect are together). If I do a check of "about Vue 4" it doesn't give me my complete serial number. Short of contacting eon is there a quick place in Vue that I can locate this. Thanks for your help, if I can't find it I have to wait to get home and tear apart my office to try and find the manual or wait another day to get a response from Eon.

If you have a copy of VuePro AND it is an upgrade from Vue4, go into your c:windows directory and look for a file VuePro.reg. Your Vue4 and VuePro serial numbers are in that file.

Unfortunately I don't have Pro and doing a search for a Vue4.reg file on my c: didn't yield anything, I've posted in the tech support but I don't expect to hear from them till tommorrow, Oh well :( Guess I wait till tonight and the paper pile that is my office :)

If OS is Windows.. Start. Execute: regedit HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE software/e-on software/Vue d'Esprit/4.0/serial....

Thanks Polax!!! You've just made my day! Vue 5 is officially up and running, I'm actually in a state of shock as I've had one thing after another delay my ability to install / use the program :) I'll definately have to remember this one in the future. Thanks Again :)
