Funny you ask: The Vizual Design Studio Repository is a place to download and share Carrara scene files. Carrara Studio 3 gave us the functionality of a scene wizard. Why not use it? Not to mention saving scene settings via .cbr. Also, various tutorials will be available for download. Stay tuned for updates! If you have files you'd like to share with others.
