MarkDC let everyone know on his support forum that v1.1 is available to those who have already purchased CCv1. I checked my download page and did not see the update. Is it indeed available? If so, may I be given the download link? Many thanks!

If an update is in place, then all previous downloads would have been reset with the update. Try downloading from your purchase history screen and see if it's the updated version. Deb

Ahh - okay. I'll check - so... its not so much an update as it is a complete re-install of v1.1? Thanks for the speedy reply!

As an FYI, its the same version as my original purchase - v1 - at my purchase history area. Not an update.

Ok, let me find out what's going on with this. If Mark says there is an update, then I'm sure one is somewhere. Sorry for the confusion. Checking into this now :) Deb

Absolutely no problem at all. I just wanted to verify that I wasn't overlooked is all. >_< Thanks again Deb!

Hello again :) I just had a look on the ftp, and I DO see an update to the clothes converter by mark in there. So I do know that an update is on it's way. I don't handle the updates, so I'm not sure when it will be in place. I'm sure once the update is available you'll receive an email telling you that it's ready for download. When it is available, it will be in your purchase history and all you'll have to do is redownload it. Wish I could give you a time frame as to when it will be ready for download, but I'm not sure of that. Thanks for your patience, Deb

Awesome. Thanks so much for taking the time to follow-up. I really
appreciate it. I can have a tremendous amount of patience when I
know whats going on... and now I do. >_

The update has been in place for a while now. Just download your original purchase to get the update.

The title of the product will not change on your purchase page even if it were updated.

Jeff - What do you mean its been in place for a while now? If I understand correctly, should I not have been notified of this? I mean, I paid for CCv1, and should have received notice about the update - correct? If I had not seen MarkDC's announcement, when would I have found out? That's not very encouraging news. :(

You would have gotten an e-mail broadcast sent to the e-mail address you have in your profile (if the merchant sent a broadcast to buyers).

When I say "a while" I meant several days before you posted here.
