Hi Guys and Gals, I am going to start a collaborative short film project with Carrara and Amapi and I am looking for people who are willing to help. The goal of the project will be to create a professional level Animated film created completly by volunteer Carrara and Amapi users. The majority of the films direction will be determined by the volunteers. I will use my experience with past films to guide the production of this film as Senior Director. The film will follow a tradional animation pipeline of concept, pre-vis, modeling, texturing and lighting, animation and rendering. Different members will be assigned different tasks such as Lead Animator, Modeler, Junior Director, etc,... and we will use a new Carrara group on yahoo.com to collaborate all of the efforts of the film. We will also use instant messaging to establish direct contact between different participants to perform tasks such as critiques and dailies. This film is going to ge a great opprotunity to show the world what you can do. And it will be even more impressive that it was done in Carrara and Amapi.
