for months I've been seeing promises that the search engine will be fixed, so called upgrades and improvements.. but everytime I try and search the gallery, by hitting 'search', entering in a name, then hitting 'search'.. I get 'Server not found'. obivously it IS found since I'm posting this complaint here now. C'mon guys. please get this fixed huh?

Maybe you only get that message at certain times? Have you re-tried after that? I just went to the galleries, used "search", entered a term and got 830 pages of responses! No error message. :)

nope it's all the time just tried again.. basically I've given up on it no other site do I have these problems sigh

I can understand your frustration, then. I've been following the search results I got, and I'm not having any problems with them, either. I don't know what's causing those errors to come up for you. Maybe someone else here is getting them, too?

I just tried a few gallery searches...They worked fine. I have gotten sporadic "page cannot be displayed" messages today. So, I'm not sure it's search specific.. if you tell me exactly what you searched for, I'd be happy to try it myself
