This has been going on for weeks. I have notice of upgrades of products I have purchased and I can't access them. I can't access those I just bought. Would some one please do something about this. I know I have a lot of purchases, a whole lot of purchases, from your store and that is probably the source of the problem. Perhaps I should simply stop buying here. I don't think big spenders should be penalised. I am very frustrated. Yes, I also purchased cd burn but it isn't here, is it? And at least two of the packages I ordered I need today. Cd burn also doesn't help me with the upgrades. I'm sorry to be this testy but I've been going through this wait for weeks now and my patience has run out. 36 minutes and still counting.
