Was wondering if anyone knows if the collision detection in Carrara will allow you to import a scene from Poser with a figure on a couch and make the cushion push down and conform more accurately to the figure than messing with magnets in Poser? Also keep body parts from pushing through the clothing as it tends to do with some clothing items. Most important when a portion of a body part is not covered so cannot be hidden or turned off. Or is that feature only for particles and is there another way? I am thinking about buying Carrara 3 for this and prop/new character creation. Thanks alot, Kestrel

Kestrel, What you're looking for is soft body dynamics and Carrara does not support that. However, it is an excellent tool for prop/new character creation. Best regards, Eric Winemiller Digital Carvers Guild 3D plug-ins for Carrara http://digitalcarversguild.com

Still, Poser magnets are your friends. You can use them to put some nice morphing dents in your couch.

Alright then, and thanks. I'll keep trying that.
