Bjorn has added a new experimental tool to Wings he calls Snap image. You just open an image with the tool and it appears as an overlay, you just scale and line up your model, select the polys you want it applied to and presto! No UVMapping, this quick texture of my rocking horse took seconds. I'm dumbstruck! - Baz

hmmm...is it a 'stable' version yet? not that I'm complaining, but when the web site lists 'last stable version', that's what I download. It brings up some potential copyright issues, but I guess I'm off to download Wings...again..;)

I wish I'd said that.. The Staircase Wit

Too early to tell, the last version had some serious bugs and was quickly replaced, rest assured if any major bugs appear Bjorn will sort them out pretty quickly. - Baz
