Sometimes I work with more than one wireframe and would like to give them different colors. Possible ???

I can't remember but don't the wireframes reflect the average color of the applied shader? -Kix

That's exactly correct, Kix. If you're aiming for a wireframe render, you'll want to work in the wireframe view so you can get an idea as to the colors that will come out when you do a draft z-buffer render. I don't remember if there's a way to change the color of the background in the z-buffer renderer, though.... Hope that's helpful. - Dex

Thanks again both of you. I have used RDS only to change poser figures and never used the render facilities. Sometimes I have to combine parts in RDS,for example a head and a neck from different figures and need to tell the wireframes apart while working. I will try what you suggested. Niek
