Hi, 1. We did receive you email to change your address on your account and it was changed..Sorry I just failed to respond that is was done and I apologize for this. For future reference any payment information changes should be sent to payments@renderosity.com 2. Clint is here at the Bondware office for some meetings and hasn't had access to his email. I will print off the email you sent yesterday and see if he can take care of this right away. Sorry for the delay. Stacey

I have now sent 2 emails to store@renderosity.com over the last week and I have not received 1 reply. 1) I need to have my address changed for my account... I sent an email with the address it needs to be changed to. 2) Someone has a texture for my Character (Chrystiline) up for download in the "Free Stuff" section of the site. I have contacted the store as well as the person responcible, but still nothing has been done. Am I being ignored? If so, why?
