Thank you to the programmers for these updated and amazing forum changes. Awesome Awesome, I LOVE IT!! These changes (like all others) are based on member feedback from survey's, forum requests, sitemail requests, emails, etc . Unfortunately no matter what there will always be some that don't like any changes and we understand but these changes were made based on mainly due to member feedback so we think that most will love them and that makes us very happy!!. Sometimes it's a matter of getting used to new things but once given a chance it all turns good!!
Thanks again to our amazing programmers and to our amazing members who give great feedback and suggestions that allows us to continue to get better and better!!

That's kinda rude getting a grab bag item for something that I don't have. I have no intention of purchasing the necessary item, either.

A random grab bag is supposed to be just that, a random pool of items that you can receive ANY one of and that's part of the fun of it. I mean if I go into a retail store and they have their grab bags I don't even get a CLUE as to what could be in the bag (they don't allow you to see a list of possibles or give you ANY idea at all) but it's fun I LOVE LOVE LOVE the meaning by a random grab bag like playing the lottery. It's fun and sometimes I get something very interesting that I would've never thought about using but end up trying and sometimes I have to buy other things to fully use the item I received but I understand up front what the grab bag is all about so I decide if I want to chance it or not. It's up to you whether you choose to participate in the fun when we do this promotion but it will always be a random pool of items that the vendors are gracious enough to offer up for free and some of them will be add on's because some vendors ONLY do add on products but they like to participate in these events as well.

Hi,
I just went through all your purchases of renapd's items and the only ones showing the "add to cart" button is the ones you listed in the original post that Jenn let you know were from bundles. All the other items you purchased from her if you click on the title that goes to the product page shows the green button that says "PURCHASED" rather than "ADD TO CART" so they are all showing purchased as they should and there is no add to cart button on the product pages for them so it's all working as it should.

That product is no longer available for sale here at Renderosity. I'm not sure if it's for sale anywhere else. I'm not sure what you mean by you found it awhile back and "it appears to be for sale" Not sure where you are showing it's for sale here and available? You would have to be more specific about where you saw it for sale while not logged in as whether logged in or not if the product is unavailable it's unavailable regardless.
Please give me more details of what you mean so I can see exactly what you mean by it appearing to be for sale while logged out?

Nothing changed from the 7th when you posted to the 8th when I responded The "purchased" function has been working as intended since it was implemented, nothing has changed with that at all. The only ones that it won't show that way are the ones purchased in a bundle as Jenn explained earlier in this thread but on the 7th when you posted they would've showed the same thing I saw when I checked on the 8th as we made no changes at all to that functionality

Hello
This was an AVS failure through our credit card processor with a no match on street address and zip code. I notice by the last four digits (which is all we can see since we do not store credit card info) that this isn't the same credit card you've used on more recent orders so is it possible the card you used for this purchase has a different billing address associated with that credit card? The AVS failure happens when the billing info input in our checkout doesn't match the billing info associated with that credit card but it's not due to Renderosity but through the card process verification system.
There isn't something to "retract" an authorization because credit cards have a two step process and since it failed AVS we didn't receive the payment so there is nothing on our credit card side to "retract". You can let your credit card company know that this failed AVS and will not be settled but nothing further happens with this since it failed.
But just based on the code it got and seeing the "N"'s on the avs portion for address and for zip code that is why it failed and so I'm not sure why if the address you put in our checkout matches exactly the billing address on your credit card it would fail.

I know I hate the way they word the messages but unfortunately it comes from the credit card processor and what error code it throws back but it's not due to anything fraudulent with your card, just an AVS failure:)

While we understand your frustration regarding contacting the vendor if you are having technical problems, the reason for this is they are the creators of their items so they can provide the most helpful support for these types of issues as we are a brokerage not the actual copyright who created the item.
If you ever have any issue with a vendor not responding or not being helpful just let us know and we will intervene on your behalf.

I'm showing it's working with prices set lowest to highest. Remember the "sponsored ads from vendors" the first row, that is on every page isn't part of the sorting as those are paid vendor ads and not part of the regular browsing filters/sorts/faceting, etc Other than those on that first sponsored ad row, it shows lowest to highest for me. I went several pages deep to make sure and all seems well. Is it the sponsored ads that might be throwing that off for you?

adorety, it didn't work on this account because you have another account set up that it sent to as that account met the criteria for this specific targeted survey and coupon. You didn't receive it to this adorety account so that's why when you are trying to use it, it won't work. This goes for anyone posting here that has another account you set up at some point that might meet a certain criteria that we are speaking to. When things are sent targeted like this the survey and coupon is MEANT only for the email address/username rendo account that it actually was sent to.

We can view the logs of exactly what email addresses this broadcast went to and I've checked all that posted here and under these username accounts, the broadcast was not sent to your email. It might have been sent to another account you set up at some point at Renderosity so you can fill out survey and use it on that account just fine as that was the targeted group FYI
