Hi, When you get the error message of "Referral" this means you need to call your bank or credit card company. They are for some reason requiring a verbal authorization from you to let the charges go through. The second reason you would get a referral message is the bank believes the card to be stolen. Hi I saw your email to the store and I responded by asking for you username. I couldn't research it until I knew who you were...But the problem is you have had 3 failed credit card attempts, our system blocks you out after three failed tries. I can reset your attempts but you need to make sure the problem with your credit card company is solved or it will fail again and block you out.
