The thing is It's Air vented case fans running and the issues I was having seems to of settled them selves out 

Normally, a BSOD puts a trace somewhere under Windows' home directory.
You should be able to track it  with Nirsoft's tool: https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html

Furthermore, a hex code, should be displayed on the BSOD screen, if I remember correctly. Something like the ones on this page: https://www.lifewire.com/blue-screen-error-codes-4065576

This should help you find the culprit. In my opinion, Poser is probably just causing the problem without being the real culprit.
For example: one of the RAMs may have a bad contact with the motherboard, something that can happen if there's a lot of dust/smoke in the air, depending on the level of humidity. This can be controlled without opening the case by launching Windows' own tool:

Something else to try, before opening the case of the computer, especially if not already done: re-install a Studio driver of NVidia (and not the Gaming version), checking the option to do a full re-install to reset the parameters.

Depending on how you upgrade to Windows 11, you will take a performance hit if you don't have the TPM 2.0 component installed on your motherboard depending on the age of your computer.  I can't upgrade at all and if I bypass the requirements, not only will I take a performance hit, I will also not qualify for any future security updates.

I wound up reinstalling this Help for now
