Screw gentle. I've been trying to do some renders for a story I'm writing and just don't have the patience to do the composite centaurs with Vicky and Mike which is the only thing that can be done now.

They're not Michael. The characters are based on the members of Creed, IIRC, albeit rather larger. Not a bad video. Hardly groundbreaking from the technical point of view, but the motion used in the fight at the end was nice.

If the Honor you're trying for has the last name of "Harrington", I'd point out that, contrary to the cover paintings, the books make it clear that Honor looks to be in her late teens/early 20s. Of course, no one actually thinks of her that way, and your picture is pretty darn good.

Manticoran captains wear berets, so I don't think that would make her look like a stewedardess. There should be a row of stars on the chest as well.

Based on what was just said, does this mean that if you had, say, a tunic belted at the waist, that it would be a single mesh, with the belt modelled into it, and the belt area would remain fixed to the figure while the loose fabric above and below would react (somewhat) realistically?

Add another Canadian vote for just mailing it. Among, for other reasons, their propaganda to the contrary, Fedex and UPS do not deliver to the community where I live. Anything sent to me by courier from those US companies ends up arriving by mail anyway (so the tracking issue is sort of pointless).
