that would be different..never changed any settings and other props didn't do this. but I'll check it out. ~g~

well, I figured out why the hip section of clothing is so stiff, someone, in thier infinite insnity, made the hip movement settings only apply to whole model. the cr2 would need to be completely rebuilt to allow for natural hip movement. like an extra set of transition dials that affect only the hip positioning. something like the camera's pitch, yaw and roll settings added to the hip to allow posing the hip as well. the new models I'm working on will have that built in, so it won't be hard to c&p the settings into the other models cr2's. sorry, I have a thing about making a model that has only humanly possible motions, but all humanly possible motions. new model will be able to wear vicky's clthes, the male model mikes. and at the twist of a dial, posettes and the dorks. ~g~

Ron, it honestly sounds like poser cross linked some files on you. mmight try scandisk to clean it up if so, if not then start checking every prop and model to find out which one is playing games on you. no easy fix I think

hmmm...a lot of work on the prop phil, looks great. ~g~ might be easier to cause the hips to sway than alter the prop...side to side and up and down major motion paterns, a bit of forward back as well. I'll work on setting up the screenshot series to show settings for these movements of the hip. if it's to much I'll just make the pose targets for walking pose on it....actually might be easier that way. or both. the walk designer doesn't emulate real motion, which causes the stiffness in the hip section.

the free stuff at most 3d graphics site have some great room props. even if it isn't a poser prop and would need to be imported poser has a good set of import filters....just look for one you like and download and import it into blank scene..make any scale changes needed....then have poser add to your props list. makes a version of prop, positioned, scaled and textured for poser. I have a directory full of building props that I haven't even managed to import yet...to many of them and runtime is over 2 GB already. ~g~

Guitta, since I'm only really using vue as rendering engine I'm not to worried. now, if vue had more file export and import options, then definately would get newest version and use more. but my main use of 'ware is to model, and vue doesn't allow export of models unless they are terrain objects..to difficult to make models there for me to keep updating vue when it does render fine as is. ~g~

hmmm.....Dark Raven, a glance shows the image is against the tos here, but I"m sure if you went to rotica and posted it in thier x-horror gallery you would get just as much of an uproar. partly because a lot of men are extremely disturbed when seeing a woman capable of defending herself. partly because all violent images cause reactions. just a couple of questions for you: 1) why have the knife strapped to the back of her hand? 2) why not render the blood splatter onto the texture for the victims shoulder instead of having it appear as a 3d object floating beside it? the value of the image in making a statement against or for something is always increased by the realism in the image. though that is just my own opinion. in poser texures I bet. and the rar archive corruption problem been fixed..was done in rar version 3 so older ones couldn't read it, switched to zip format. ~grumbling at having to transfer files then upload then delete then re-upload and edit html...~

~opening notepad and c&P the code for ik chains~ I'm gonna put that into every cr2 I got on the system when I do animations I use different program for rendering, and save a series of pz3's for it....lots of work but much better renders and no hastles with posers screwey walk designer. I'm still waiting for cl to port poser to linux, if it takes to long I'll use linux utilities I have to port the mac version to linux, take all of a couple of hours. ~g~ ~evil laugh...knowing cl reads the forums on these sites.~ btw, everyone does know that mac os is based on debian linux don't they?...oh, maybe just debian support package running will allow mac 'ware to run under linux..the mac emulator needs the mac os cd to work.

for those that care....21st of may is the dead queen victoria's birthday..celebrated throughout the old british comonwealth on the monday closest. why celebrate a birthday for someone been dead for a couple of hundered years? ( I don't even celebrate my own birthday.....course, I been dead for 8 years, so that might have something to do with that)
