All thing in the poser interface are movable/removable. what I would suggest is you keep what you need to work, present in the interface and remove the items you dont use often. ie I hardly ever use the animation controls, so I took them out. Same with the display modes. Also these items can be minimized by double clicking the name. after you've done that click on one of the indentions in the UI Dots menu to save your config. Hope that helps

Yes, Yes it is! Right now I'm trying to do his calves and feet but the point where the foot attaches to the shin is really screwy. Guess I'll go back and read that chapter on joint params AGAIN! Well here goes nothing... He mutters something that sounds like "see you in the funny papers" and with a twist of the dial on his captain crusader decoder ring! (POOF) he's gone.

Thread: Sending Poser3 animations from my computer to a VCR... | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I currently use an Averkey3+. It's about 6'x7', and it comes with a remote! This allows me to output up to 1024x768 @ 16.7mil color in overscan mode, Zoom x2, screen freeze, reposition video on screen, 3 filter levels and brightness control. It is composite, s-video and rgb output compatable. The output res quality differs slightly for the mac (I use a Gateway 450gl Pc ~Maxed~). This kind of toy lets you play quake on a big screen tv as well as save your work to a VCR. ($150.00) It also doesn't require filter, buffer, or driver software. Now, The best possible solution is to get a FireWire I/O card for your machine which runs about $100.00 but that's only the begining! you gotta have a digital V-camera to get input and if your not running a high priced VCR on output your going to lose alot on this kind of equipment. but you could look into the Iomega buzz, multimedia I/O device, all around input, it requires you install a card, it takes (I think) 20meg for software and oodles of space for mpeg storage ($199.00)

As for the Orbiting Kinetic cannon, I can only theroize that if for some unknown reason anyone paranoid enough to use such a large and powerful weapon to take out one person armed only with a light sword wouldn't be in any mental state to actually aim at a man size target from space. And afterwards wouldn't know if they hit their target due to the large debri eruption in the target area, that would not only block the aiming and target aquisition of said cannon but would alter the global ecosystem thus, most likely, cause the not so untimely demise of the afore mentioned paranoid individual. But I could be wrong. Now where did you say you lived? And, could I get that in latitude and longitude?

Good lord Pan, where did they find you? I didn't imply anything about the shield, that was Ronin. All I did was throw that old shield in the pic for effect but since we are on the subject...I would have to assume that the transparency of the shield actually negates it's functionality, A light sword working on the concept of a limited projection of light in a given spectrum that would allow the weilder to slice through say, flesh and bone, would also be able to pass through any transparent object. If indeed the shield where to actually work at all it would have to be black and would, during the course of, take for instance a fencing match, heat the sheild to a high enough degree to melt it, not to mention the arm of the person crazy enough to think that a transparent shield provides protection from light rays. My best guess is that in addition to having the shield for purely cosmetic purposes our heroin has also coated herself with an ampel amount of spf 15 sun block. Do you smell coconut? 8')

Kinda sorta Yeah... I made 1 model of the sword and brought it into poser, then I made another model of the corona caused by the blade put them together, then exported them out of poser as one model, then brought it back in. I did this after this render. I messed around with the transparencies and colors till it looked right. Take a look at posting Light sword 2. tell me what you think ~DEL
