XENOPHONZ, I am not going to speak for all the merchants but please understand that we are greatful for customers like you. as Merchants, as buisness people, we feel this is a bad idea on Renderosity's part and will eventually effect our sales and our livlihoods in other ways in other forms down the road. We are angry because if this can be done to a select few of this, what is next? unfortunantly the customers only see what is going on in the public forums not in the backrooms. WWe are asking questions and getting ignored. Which is not how you run a buisness. When you think about it the only money rosity really makes comes from 2 sources.. Their own sales (magazine and mugs t-shirts and hats) And the merchants here. We support most of the forums, galleries and all with our sales. If not for that how would rosity be able to expand and encompass as much as it does.. And yet now Merchants are under attack. We are being told to do it their way or suffer the consequences. We have been told in the past that we have to only place our ads in one area, so we do. Only do this or that. Make sure all our items sell continously or get moved to the warehouse. They ask for feedback and when told with a RESOUNDING HELL NO They just shrug and say Too damned bad that's how it is. Unfortunantly you might understand it better if you could read what's going on behind the scenes.. but I can't even show you that. You have to go by our words. Ultimately we are trying to protect the rights and privlages of our customers, and yet we feel that because we are constantly being ignored we are unable to. And that is unacceptable to our own buisness sense. We want to provide our customers with Quality, With choices, with something they can feel good owning. Not buy some piece of drivel just because we cannot run our buisness' with some matter of Honor and dignity. Most of us feel this is an attack us because if it can be done to a select few it can be done to all of us. And then where would our customers be? It's something we feel strongly about. And we would hope our customers support our feelings because we are trying to provide you with the best your money can buy. And we should have all the tools available to us to do that. As long as we are merchants here.
