Hi! Yeah... incorrect texture references are a pain. As it turns out, it's incorrect texture references which make PBooost stop switching banks under NTFS... solved with the DFE and CorrectReference, so PBooost will always work. I'll explain... Poser 4 has a bug under XP(NT)/NTFS. When it loads a content file, if it comes across an incorrect texture path reference it searche the textures folder looking for it. In the process, Poser forgets to destroy a "file search object" which stays linked to your runtime folder, making it impossible to make changes to any of the folders in runtime until Poser is shut down. Of course, this means that if Poser loads a file with an incorrect file reference, PBooost can't make any changes to the library folders, and can't switch banks. If you run "CorrectReference" (in free-stuff) on your library, it will fix any incorrect references and PBooost will always be able to switch banks. Of course, Under XP(NT)/FAT32, there is still a toss-up between whether PBooost will be able to switch while Poser is running or not... so check out the Compatibility Tester (Free-stuff). Make sense?!? Happy Booosting! Howard:)
