Most HTML designers and/or graphic artists don't work on location. You're going to have a very hard time finding any that will relocate. Also, not many graphic artists are HTML writers and vice versa. I desperately need work, but my HTML skills, while good for what I do, aren't business oriented. The graphics I could do easily and reasonably, but from my location, not Nashville. If you want to deal with that, I'd be happy to take on the graphics. I could design the sites, but if you required shopping carts, database access, forms, etc, my skills aren't to that level as yet.
