I also receive regular newsletters, but I no longer receive the newsletters listing the periodically given away products. Why? Is it enough for me to resubscribe to the newsletters, or do I need to do something else?

I clicked the Renderosity Support link, but it seems to refer to products, not something like newsletters, and I wasn't sure what to enter under "Order ID." I receive the regular newsletter, but not the "after dark newsletter." I'm sure of this because I've seen other users receive them recently. I tried subscribing to Renderosity's newsletters again, and I also checked my junk and spam folders, but there's no sign of the newsletter. What can I do?

There's also a captcha at the bottom that didn't fit into my screenshot. Anything without the red asterisk (*) should be optional, so don't worry about them. If any optional field turns out to not be optional, put NA in it.
