One thing that might help is a program called Checksum Compare. It's freeware, and it lets you compare files and directories by either CRC or MD5 it generates. It creates a list highlighted in green, red, and yellow for equal, different, or missing files. It would be useful to use after copying your poser directories to compare the copy to the original to determine any corruption or missed files. Also useful in data archiving and recovery. I have been using it on recovering files from a corrupted 2TB for the last couple years. It could still be a bit tedious, but a timesaver when all is said and done
The version I have is from Windows 7 days, and with deep nested directories where there may be similar file names it will generate some false fails - so on a runtime you may have to manually compare startin in lower directories rather than just the entire runtime. (i.e. compare each subfolder of Props, then Poses, then characters, etc.)
